The most successful stores ever operated were in St. Catharines and Thorold (three stores) in the province of Ontario, Canada. All were owned by the same family from 1988-1999. The family later sold the franchises due to health concerns with one of its members highly involved with franchise operations. The stores closed shortly after that sale.
