Robert Hurley is an Australian swimmer and former world record holder in the short-course (25m) 50 metres backstroke. In 2009 he won a bronze medal as a team member on the 4x200m freestyle relay at the FINA World Championships in Rome.

2009 World Championships
Hurley picked up a bronze medal in the 4x200m freestyle relay behind the USA and Russian Federation, he swam the second leg.
