The parish church is dedicated to All Saints. The churchyard contains the grave and memorial of Princess Caroline Murat, great niece of Napoleon Bonaparte. The church is a Grade II* listed building. The village has a primary school, village hall and a public house

Redisham Hall is located in 400 acres (1.6 km²) of parkland in Ringsfield parish, to the south-west of the village. It is an 18th Century Grade II listed building. Parts of the hall are now used as holiday cottages.
