History

Company Rigatta SIA was registered on November 23, 2005 as a limited liability company. Lursoft is the authoritative source for registered Latvian companies. The Public Utilities Commission (PUC), provided Rigatta a license in 2006 to operate fixed and mobile telephony. The list of licensed Latvian telecom operators.

Nulltel brand

The service and the brand Nulltel was established in 2006 to provide low-cost calling services. In July 2006, the first telecommunication service, Nulltel Managed Business, entered into the Latvian market. Nulltel Managed Business is aimed at business customers who want to utilize VoIP services and integrate these into their existing telephony systems.

In February 2007, Rigatta launched call-through services for the general public. These call-through services are available through local access numbers, so that anyone can call abroad for the local call tariff with a fixed phone.

Since the beginning of 2008, Rigatta provides VoIP wholesale, Premium Latvia termination and wholesale routes into Russia
