Richie Kavanagh is an Irish
entertainer who writes and performs his own songs. Famous for the song Aon Focal Eile, he now has a number of hits to his name. Richie was born and raised in Raheenwood, Fenagh, Muine Bheag, County Carlow
in Ireland
and still lives there.

On May 2nd 2011, Kavanagh was subject of an elaborate hoax where somebody claimed he had suffered a fatal heart-attack whilst sprinting up Sugar Loaf Mountain in County Wicklow.
