Richard D. "Rich" Arnold (born February 9, 1945) is a Iowa State Representative from the 72nd District. He has served in the Iowa House of Representatives
since 1995.
Arnold has served on several committees in the Iowa House - the Local Government committee; the Natural Resources committee; and the Transportation committee. His prior political experience includes serving on the Lucas County
Board of Supervisors from 1987-1994.
Arnold was re-elected in 2006 with 6,117 votes (60%), defeating Democratic
