Rhyxali uses the intelligence gathered by her subjects for personal gain and to barter for wealth, favors, and souls. Otherwise, the demoness is uninterested in the power struggles common in the Abyss between other demon lords.

Rhyxali appears as a dark-skinned woman with six-fingers. This lends credence to her relationship with Graz'zt, which she has yet to confirm or deny. She and Graz'zt maintain an attitude of indifference to one another. As befits her subjects, Rhyxali can become incorporeal at will. She is often seen wielding two daggers.
