Rhonda Britten is the founder of the Fearless Living Institute, an inspirational and life-changing speaker and bestselling author. Rhonda was named "Starting Over's" most valuable player by The New York Times and was the heart and anchor of the show all three seasons of its run. On the show, she was known for her sense of humor, and her firm yet kind way of showing women how to change their lives. . Prior to Starting Over, she starred on a UK show called Help Me, Rhonda, where she helped men and women take charge of their lives in 30 days. She starred on this show for two seasons. She is the only life coach that has starred in over 500 episodes of reality television.

She was the middle child, and was the target of her divorced father's physical and emotional abuse. At the age of 14, she was the only witness to her father shooting and killing her mother and then shooting himself, which was one of the reasons she does the work she is involved in. Rhonda believes her father killed because he was driven by fear and her mother stayed in the abusive marriage due to her own fears. She has two sisters.

She is the author of four best-selling books. Fearless Living: Live Without Excuse and Love Without Regret (2001); Fearless Loving: Eight Simple Truths That Will Change the Way You Date, Mate and Relate (2003); Change Your Life in 30 Days: A Journey to Finding Your True Self (2004) and Do I look Fat in This?: Get Over Your Body and Get On With Your Life

Since Starting Over ended in 2006, she is currently teaching full time with Fearless Living Institute www.FearlessLiving.org, which she founded in 2001.

She is currently involved in Celebrity Fit Club Season 7 as their new life coach.
