The announcement of the attraction was part of the internet rumours of an expansion of Walt Disney Studios Park's land Toon Studio. Other rumours about the expansion included a reincarnation of the popular Toy Story Midway Mania attraction to be put in the currently operating Toy Story Playland

This massive 26 feet (7.9 m) high with a 30 feet (9.1 m) radius dome is still being debated whether the technology can check up to the due date, but if it is included, it will be a major part of the attraction, making it a unique ride experience.
