Rajani also known as Sasikala in Kollywood is a famous South Indian film actress. Her birth name was Sashi Malhotra[1], and she is introduced with her popular name Rajani in Telugu, and as Sasikala in Tamil movies. She was born to V. N. Malhotra, a Punjabi and Sulochana, a Kanada Brahmin. She was married to Doctor Mullagiri Praveen and has three children. She acted in Silver Jubilee movies like Seetharama Kalyanam and Rendu Rella Aaru
