Radhika Roy has over ten years of experience in print journalism, with leading publications such as “Indian Express” and “India Today”. In the mid-80s, she co-founded NDTV.

She is behind NDTV success and has been responsible for its tremendous growth since inception. With her editorial and production expertise, Radhika advises her team to set benchmarks in standards and programming formats Her outstanding and unobtrusive leadership qualities have made NDTV go from strength to strength and have earned for the network much respect among the people of India.She,like her husband Dr. Prannoy Roy, works tirelessly for responsible and fearless journalism.
