developed by a Japanese programmer named "SANDMAN". It has become the de-facto graphics library for Japanese PC games written in Delphi.

In addition to DirectX routines, the library also includes the "Quadruple D Archiver" tool, and contains functions to read files from the .QDA archives created by the archiver.
