Public Leadership Education Network (PLEN) is a nonprofit organization based in Washington, D.C.
. PLEN offers six annual seminars and a summer public policy internship to college women throughout the nation. Students meet and learn from women of influence in D.C. including members of congress, government and business leaders, presidential advisers and the heads of non-profit and advocacy organizations.

Membership
Although roughly 40% of the women participating in PLEN programs come from coed colleges and universities, the majority of PLEN students come from member institutions, primarily women’s colleges, which support PLEN through annual membership contributions.Member Institutions
