Providence Academy maintains an open enrollment policy and seeks to include diversity in its mission statement as well as its atmosphere.

"It maintains the healthiest balance of the arts, athletics, and academics of any school in the country," says Steven Arthur Hornig.

Over the summer of 2006 Providence completed construction on its Upper School wing. This project added substantial classroom and functional space including a new Media Center, Biology Lab, Engineering and CAD Labs, two additional full size gyms and much more.
