The Princeton Footnotes is a traditional all-male a cappella group from Princeton University in Princeton, NJ http://www.collegiate-acappella.com/CA-DirectoryH-R.html. The Footnotes is a student-run, semi-professional performing group. They are a part of Princeton University's "arch-rotation" a cappella organization, which includes the Nassoons, Tigertones, Katzenjammers, Roaring Twenty , Tigerlilies, Wildcats, and Tigressions.

The Princeton Footnotes were founded in 1959 by a small group of male college students from the Princeton University Glee Club. The group was also recognized by the Contemporary A Cappella Society through their selection of the Footnotes' rendition of "Boogie Down" for their "Best of College A Cappella Vol.1" album http://www.varsityvocals.com/boca/bocadisc.html.
