Coaching career

Reddy started his coaching career in the UK with Woking FC  and their coaching in the community program . He later moved to the USA in 2000 to work with the South Jersey Barons of the USL Premier Developmental League.
Reddy returned to the USA in 2002 to work for NOGA Soccer in New York. During his tenure at NOGA, he was the Regional Manager for the Westchester County region.
In 2004 he was chosen amongst a select group of coaches to work alongside the academy coaches of Chelsea F.C.

Prior to returning to India in 2009, Reddy worked alongside some of leading regional coaches at Manhattan Soccer Club and well as his role as the Assistant Coach of the Division 1 team at Manhattan College

Upon his return to India, Reddy was appointed as the Football Advisor for Leapstart in Bangalore, and also conducted coaching clinics for football coaching companies in Mumbai.
After a brief spell with the Shillong Lajong F.C. youth teams in May 2010, Reddy was brought in to work with the senior team following their relegation from the I-League. The next season for the 2011 I-League 2nd Division
