Plaque-type porokeratosis (also known as "Classic porokeratosis," and "Porokeratosis of Mibelli") is characterized by skin lesions that start as small, brownish papule
s that slowly enlarge to form irregular, annular, hyperkeratotic or verrucous plaques.
