Personal life
Phurba Sherpa was born at September 17 to Mingma Sherpa and Shanta Sherpa; though he was born at Bhojpur his permanent home at Biratnagar, Nepal. He began his studies from Biratnagar itself until 8th standard and completed S.L.C from Godawari Vidya Mandir. After S.L.C, He went to Kathmandu and joined Global College of Management for plus 2 studies. He then completed BBA degree and acquired Diploma in Digital Film Making from branch college of SAE Institute,India in the year 2007, then returned to his own town and made some new films and music.Work
Sherpa sings several patriotic songs in other album besides his two album. He was nominated in the category Best song with National Feeling for 2006 and 2008 in the country's prestigious Eighth & 10th Annual Image Award.He has appeared in several music concerts in Nepal and abroad.
