Philo Cramer was the lead guitarist for the Los Angeles
punk band FEAR (Slash Records), following a short stint in his 1977-1978 band, The Cigarettes (Carlysle Records). He is known for his Gibson SG and making odd noises with his whammy bar, and for being perhaps the only punk rocker in the 80's LA scene holding a BS degree in Physics.
