In the 1970s, Brady hosted several television shows including Moneymakers, Casino Ten, Password, Get the Message, and Everybody’s Talking. In 1986, he moved to the Gold Coast and hosted a radio show on Easy Listening 97 Tweed Heads. He came back to Melbourne in 1990 and began a long-lasting and continuing partnership with Bruce Mansfield
