Philadelphia Film Festival

The Philadelphia Film Festival is held annually in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Until 2009 it was generally held during the first weeks of April.

In 2007, the Philadelphia Film Festival added a student component, screening the winners of the Greater Philadelphia Student Film Festival.

In 2009 the Film festival shifted its dates from the spring to the fall. A smaller version of the festival, presented as the 18th and 1/2 Philadelphia Film Festival, will take place October 15–19, 2009.

The Philadelphia Film Festival is sponsored by the Philadelphia Film Society.
