Khan Bahdur Ch Sardar Khan C.I.E from Dhudh Phaphra was a very prominent figure of salt range in the beginning of 20th century. He held the title of Khan Bahdur and C.I.E . He died in late 1920s and his son Ch Muhammad Ali Khan took over his place. He was elected continuously 22 years as a member of District Board Jhelum. He was close of ally of Ch Iltaf Hussain former Governore of Punjab. He died in early years of 1980s. His family moved to Chak No. 29 Tehsil Malakwal District Mandi Bahauddin. The reason for migration is known as the land held by this family in Chak 29 is more fertile than their land in Salt Range.
