One of the medals was in the men's 4x100m freestyle relay event. Leek's medals helped Australia's national Paralympic swim team finish sixth overall. Leek is classified as an S8 swimmer. He won three gold medals in the Men's 100 m Butterfly S8, Men's 200 m Individual Medley SM8 and Men's 4x100 m Medley 34 pts events.
