, located southeast of the city centre, along the coast of the Thermaic Gulf

West of Peraia is Neoi Epivates, also known as Baxe Tsifliki
. 159 refugee families (631 persons), all originating from the coastal town Epivates in Propontis, settled here and named their new home Neoi (New) Epivates.
Further west along the beach lies Agia Triada. 40 refugee families from Xastero and 45 from Oikonomeio settled here.
