Most of Peachtree Center was developed in the 1970s, and the buildings and embody the modern

However, since all the buildings that made up the original Peachtree Center development are no longer currently under the same ownership, the definition of what is now considered Peachtree Center has expanded beyond from what was originally designed by John Portman & Associates and now is used to describe the whole area, regardless of whether the block was part of the original Peachtree Center development.

Neighborhood tenants
