Paul Matthew Jessup is an American
writer.
He is a critically acclaimed writer of fantastical fiction. He’s been published in many magazines, both offline and on, with two books published in 2009 (short novel, Open Your Eyes and the short story collection Glass Coffin Girls) and a third to come out in 2010 (the illustrated book, Werewolves).
He is known for creating strange, surreal stories that take the basic symbols of fairy tales and combining it with literary, contemporary settings and themes so that they create a sort of dissonance in the reader.
His novella, Open Your Eyes has been called groundbreaking by Analog Magazine.
