Paul Failla's character program has reached as far across the country as Arizona. In 2011, he will have traveled as far as California.

In the early 1980s, Paul went to a Dianna Ross concert at the Westbury Music Fair and was invited up on stage to dance with Ms. Ross. She commented that she had never seen a "white boy" who could dance like that. Paul appeared at many open-mike nights on Long Island in the 1980s as a stand-up comic. The only times he had any competition for first place was when Prentiss McNeil of the Platters would show up.
