Patricia Bermudez-Hizon is a sportscaster and television host in the Philippines

Patricia Bermudez Hizon has covered all the Summer Olympic Games since 2000, South East Asian Games, Asian Games and also has covered numerous Tour Pilipinas Multi Stage cycling events for both television and radio.
She was a courtside reporter for a game when basketball player Vince Hizon proposed to her on the basketball court of the historic Araneta Colliseum during halftime. That unique and memorable proposal was witnessed by thousands of spectators and millions of television viewers.
She started as a newscaster in 1999http://magazine.bembang.com/2004/may/03.htm for the government station, People's Television (now NBN), and hosted numerous public affairs shows, election coverage, and a show with the First Gentleman Mike Arroyo. She also ventured into lifestyle shows and travel shows and documentaries for Lakbay TV, Isla Channel and Living Asia. Hizon is also the founder of the Everyday Is Your Birthday Foundation, and has been given numerous recognitions for her charity work.
