Article 2

Albania is independent and indivisible, its integrity inviolable, and its territory inalienable.

Article 5

The Albanian State has no official religion. All religions and creeds are respected, and freedom of worship and religious observances is guaranteed.
Religion cannot in any way constitute a legal defence.
Religions and. creeds shall in no way whatsoever be use for political purposes.
