Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela was established in 2002. It is located along Poblacion II, Malinta, Valenzuela City near the old city government building. The university offers Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Management, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Elementary Education, and Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Math, English, Biology and Filipino.

After four years the university offered a new course, the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Physical Science, and divided the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Management into three major courses (Financial Management, Marketing Management and Human Resource and Personnel Management).
