was a partly self-recorded E.P that was sold only at the bands early shows and via their website. It was used to secure them exposure and gigs around the country during the bands formative years.

. The additional guitars and vocals were done at the bands own 'Pyres Of Mithrandire' practice room and studio.

It was committed to tape in March 2005. The audio was mixed by Ben Harris Hayes on a simple 8 track digital recorder. Intrinsically, the sound of the recording was a mixture of basic grunge and metal, although some of the ideas explored, showed how the bands sound would evolve in the future.

'For Those With Conscience' and 'A Countermeasure In Hindsight' would be reworked by the band on their 'A Monument To Death Of An Idea' E.P. In their reworked form, the songs would be slowed down and have keyboards added to bring more texture.

On the song 'A Grande Movement', Ben can be heard singing "I'm a happy little bunny, I'm a happy little bunny..." at the end and this is in direct reaction to the rather confrontational lyrical content.

The lyrical themes cover many subject and despite the outwardly dark themes, there is an underlying feeling of positivity and the need to attain peace.

The EP would eventually go on to sell out completely.
