Funding

The Elms has received a donation of $6 million from Ann Amer Brennan, who graduated from the Elms in 1951, and her husband, David Brennan. Lisa Holland Toth and Lynn Holland Gorman, both of whom attended the Elms, donated $1 million. The donations are being used to renovate the existing theater, change the existing gym into a performing arts center, and add on a complete gym. The project is going to be green
