comes from Otukpo.Chief B.O Attah come from otukpo and also a prominent otukpo son,died in 1989.He had a lot of business which include otukpo hotel & federal hotel & host of other businesses in otukpo before he died.

It is served by a train station on the national railway network as well as numerous bus and taxi services such as Benue Links, Ageshi Transport, Pleasure Travels, Calculux, Ifesinachi to name just a few which travel to every major city in Nigeria daily.
