One Management was founded in 2002 by Scott Lipps. Lipps envisioned combining "Fashion, Film, Music and Celebrity". The agency initially started as a model management/fashion house but became a full fledged entertainment company in 2006. One, as the agency is often referred, was established to merge the gap between high-end editorial branding and rock and roll.Since 2002, One has become one of the most prominent model agencies which represents high profiled models such as Claudia Schiffer
