In November 2007, the label made the following announcement regarding the future of the label on their myspace page:

"I know the label has probably been less active in 2007 than it has ever been in its 10 year existence. The truth is that as I have grown older my interest in the label has often wavered, but it has always seem to correct itself with that new release or that new signing. This year however there was not going to be that one big release or signing since they were never lined up after all. What I have decided is that rather than sell the label or let it die a slow painful death, that I would prefer to just go back to what made the label fun in the first place. The fact of the matter is that the records I loved the most often sold the least! So perhaps now is as good a time as any to say that One Day Savior will NOT be signing any new artists. The label will however continue to release new records (as long as my schedule and finances allow me to do so) Chances are it might be a record you loved from 1999 on vinyl or a band you thought needed a discography way back in 2001. There may also be the occasional split 7" from some friends, but yeah, no hopes of making it in Alternative Press, no dreams of end caps at Best Buy. One Day Savior is every much a part of me as I am of it and I am proud of what I have accomplished over the years. Maybe there are some people out there who enjoyed the records as much as I did."

Since then the label has only released one more title, a re-issue of Hopesfall
