"OceanMan" or "OceanWoman is the new name for the life saving event "Ironman" or "Ironwoman" wich was changed not to be confused with the Triathlon event called with the same name.
The event consist on swiming, kayaking and rowling in a paddleboard(not a stand up paddleboard) in an order with is designed before the event by drawing lots, like rolling dice. Between the diferent tracks there is a short nunning distance and also a 90m sprint at the end.
The event has to take place in a beach.
One of the most popular Ironman events in the world is the Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Ironman Series.
