2009-2010 season
At the start of the 2009-10 season Northwich were looking to push for promotion from North West 1. In order to do this, they appointed Romanian Dodo Muntean as player/coach. With a strong 1st team which included a couple of player returning from New Brighton they started the season with 5 wins and 3 losses in the first 8 league games and a win in the 1st round of the Cheshire Cup against local rivals SandbachSandbach RUFC
