On October 1, 2010, Nortec EHR 7.0 was awarded distinction as an ONC-ATCB 2011/2012 Certified COMPLETE EHR by CCHIT, which certifies that the EHR is capable of meeting the 2011/2012 criteria supporting Stage 1 meaningful use as approved by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS).
