Non Stanford is a Welsh professional triathlete.

Non Stanford was a successful (cross country) runner when in summer 2008 she changed to swim training because of an injury and joined the triathlon club of the University of Birmingham

, soon becoming a top triathlete.
In the 2009 British Triathlon Super Series she placed 2nd and in 2009/10 she was awarded the Paul Weston Triathlon Scholarship to concentrate on triathlon.

In 2010 Non Stanford finished her degree course (Sport and Exercises Sciences) at the University of Birmingham and won the bronze medal at the Premium European Cup in Brasschaat.

In the same year Stanford also took part in the prestigious French Club Championship Series Lyonnaise des Eaux

and represented Montpellier Agglo Tri. At Beauvais (13 June 2010) she placed 10th (best of her club), at the Triathlon de Paris 5th (second best of her club) and at La Baule (Triathlon Audencia, 18 September 2010) 22nd, thus not being among the three triathlètes classants l'équipe at the Grand Final. At La Baule, too, it was the foreign elite guest stars to whom the club owned its good result (bronze): Barbara Riveros, Liz Blatchford und Lois Rosindale.

Non Stanford lives in West Wales, her club is Swansea Harriers.

Whilst not competing Non enjoys ferret racing and pruning bushes into the shape of woodland creatures.
