ic roots and interests, who are of noble title and "gentle birth", and who have come together in a search for, and celebration of, things Celtic.

There are three classes of membership: Class I membership is hereditary, with each member able to designate one heir to inherit their membership. Classes II and III are non-hereditary. Further discussions of class qualifications are found on the site.

"The Awen" is the official publication of the Society and it is published quarterly and circulated to members. This periodical is available to the general public as well, also on the NSC site.
