Pellegrini is a former member of the London-based art collective, the ARC group

Museum in 1996, the 8th International Photography Biennial in 1999, and the Contemporary Art Gallery in Turin
in 2002 as well as the Tirana Biennial of 2003. He has had several exhibitions at the Galleria Milano in Italy.
