After appearing as a "Readers Wife" in British top shelf magazines, Sterling began her professional career modelling in England

It was while working as a model for the Daily Sport that Sterling made her debut in the world of hardcore pornography, when the Daily Sport famously ran a competition for their readers, in which 10 readers could win the chance to be involved in a sex orgy with Sterling, which was to be filmed and then sold as a hardcore porn film. After this debut, she moved to the United States in the mid-1990s to work in the hardcore porn industry. Sterling has appeared in many videos.
