, another former tenant of the Union Club building, also occupies this building. Insurance Giant Clico occupies the 9th floor of the tower. Caribbean Airlines' (The national airline of Trinidad and Tobago) head office is also located in the Nicholas Tower.

While the Nicholas Tower is currently the second tallest building in Port of Spain, the proposed Waterfront International Project is slated to include two 26-storey office towers.
