. He made his intercounty debut for Dublin in the All Ireland Football Championship in 2010. Niall played midfield for his club in the All Ireland Club final 2009 against Crossmaglen Rangers, scoring one point. He is currently pursuing a postgraduate course in UCD and is a former engineering graduate of the college. Niall holds the honour of being awarded the inaugural fair play club championship award in 2009.
