The Power reached the semifinals in the 2001 season by finishing third in the standings. They faced the Bay Area CyberRays and lost 3-2. The following season the team finished last in the league standings, then resurged in the 2003 season to finish 5th among 8 teams, narrowly missing the playoffs.
