. It debuted in 1998, originally with Robey as the writer and artist; in 2004, Allen Petlock took a turn as the artist. Following a hiatus beginning January 23, 2005, http://the-gneech.livejournal.com/741082.html the strip relaunched on 2006-07-04 with Susan Rankin of A Doemain of Our Own as the artist and Keith "Hikaru" Dickinson as the colorist.

As of January 2007, Richard White, creator of Dansk Folly has taken over the colorist duties for NeverNever.

The strip is currently on a "brief leave of absence" which began on Thursday, July 10, 2008. The author evidently ran out of good ideas and rather than post filler, decided to put the strip on hold indefinitely.
