, playing with the team in 1974 and 1975. His only Whitecap was the first scored by the team in their history, on May 4, 1974 at Empire Stadium.

National team

Ellet played eight 'A' internationals for Canada in 1972 and 1973. He also played once for the 1971 Olympic team in Vancouver and scored as Canada defeated Mexico 1-0. Canada failed however to qualify for Munich

Ellett is currently a youth soccer referee and referee assessor in British Columbia
