Nazianzus is a Roman Catholic titular metropolitan see in the former Roman province
of Cappadocia Tertia.

History
Nazianzus was a small town the history of which is completely unknown. It became the Turkish village of Nenizi east of Ak-Serai (formerly Archelais), in the Ottoman villayet of Koniah, but has sometimes been wrongly identified with Diocaesarea.Ecclesiastical history
