, NAVSUP employs a worldwide workforce of more than 25,500 military and civilian personnel and oversees logistics ordnance, contracting, resale, fuel, transportation, and security assistance.

NAVSUP is also responsible for providing U.S. Navy forces quality of life services including food service support, Navy Exchange facilities, postal services, and the movement of household goods.
