National Space Club
Encyclopedia
The National Space Club is a non-profit organization whose mission is devoted to promoting space activity. It is based in Washington D.C.. It has four main objectives:
  • Promote US Space Leadership
  • Continue to push for the advancement of space technology
  • Enhance communication between responsible parties via meetings, seminars, and other information exchanges
  • Recognize and honor those people and organizations that contributed significantly to rocketry and astronautics


The National Space Club fulfills these objectives with scholarships, grants, internships, luncheons, the Goddard Memorial Dinner, and newsletters.
